The odd part is that thistle.bet is the one the company is named after.

So if you came here looking for other casinos run by the same people, there are none. They were never built in the first place.
A Scottish name, a London brand and a Cardiff office
Thistle Bet Limited was incorporated on 5 December 2024 and licensed on 19 March 2025. That makes it the youngest operator we have looked at by some distance, roughly nine months into trading.
It is also the most geographically confused. The company takes its name from the Scottish national flower, trades under a London brand, and is registered at 2 Alexandra Gate in Cardiff.
None of which affects how the casino treats you. It is worth mentioning only because the branding invites you to assume a London operation, and the paperwork says Wales.
What does matter is that it is a British company. Company number 16120667, incorporated in England and Wales, with the Gambling Commission listing the same Cardiff address. Most of the bigger networks in this market run out of Malta, Gibraltar or Cyprus, so a UK-registered operator is the exception rather than the rule.
What happened to thistle.bet
Load it up and there is nothing there. It is one of those default web-builder holding pages, with no casino behind it and no sign there ever was one.
The register agrees, marking the domain inactive.
The likeliest reading is that Thistle Bet was the working name during setup, the brand became London.bet before launch, and the original domain was declared to the regulator and then left where it was. That is a guess, and we will label it as one, but it fits a company incorporated in December and licensed in March under a different name entirely.
Worth noting for anyone doing their own checks: a domain being live is not the same as a domain being a casino. thistle.bet returns a perfectly healthy page. There is simply nothing on it.
Darts is front and centre, which is rarer than it should be
London.bet runs sports betting, in-play, virtuals, casino and live casino behind a single login, and darts appears throughout the sportsbook rather than being buried under an “other sports” heading.
The licence backs that up. Thistle Bet holds general betting permissions for real and virtual events alongside its casino licence, so it can take a bet on the World Championship and run a slots lobby on the same account.

A one-brand operator, and what that is worth
London Bet is the third operator in this cluster with effectively nothing else on its books, after BetWright and Midnite. Each got there differently. BetWright closed six casinos, Midnite never opened a second one, and London Bet abandoned its original name before it went live.
The practical upside is the same in all three cases. Nothing to trip over. No group-wide bonus clause covering brands you have never heard of, no second account waiting to be opened by accident, and no risk of a decision at one casino quietly reaching another.
The trade-off is that a young single-brand operator has very little track record to inspect. Thistle Bet has held its licence for under two years, so there is not much of a compliance history either way. That is not a criticism, just a fact worth weighing next to a company that has been licensed since 2014.

It does not show you how new a company is. The licence date tells you when permissions were granted, not when the business started. For that you want Companies House, which puts Thistle Bet’s incorporation at 5 December 2024, roughly three months before its licence.
