Midnite Sister Sites: Every Casino on the Same Licence
Midnite hasn’t got any sister sites. What it has got is two Gambling Commission licences, held by two different companies, both pointing at the same website.
One is a London company that has been licensed since 2015. The other is a Gibraltar company licensed five weeks ago.
That is a corporate move happening while you read this, and the register is the only place it is visible.

That is the complete list. No second brand, no white labels, no retired domains sitting in the background. Both accounts carry the single trading name “midnite” and nothing else.
One honest gap while we are here: Midnite’s own site was returning an “unavailable, we’ll be back shortly” message when we checked, so we could not pull a brand launch date from it. The licence dates above are what the register verifies, and they are a different thing from when the casino opened its doors.
Two licences, one website, and a move to Gibraltar
Dribble Media Limited has held the Midnite licence since 14 July 2015, run out of 86-90 Paul Street in London. It has added permissions steadily ever since: further licences in 2016, 2018, twice in 2023 and again in 2024. Six licence types in total.
Then on 11 August 2026, a separate company called Midnite Limited, registered at Unit 1-3 Irish Place in Gibraltar, was granted five licences of its own. All on the same day. All active.
Both list midnite.com as their only domain.
Two licensees for one website is not a permanent arrangement. It is what a handover looks like partway through, and the pattern is familiar: we found the same thing at Megaways Casino, which currently sits inactive on one licence and active on another while it moves between operators.
The direction of travel looks like London to Gibraltar, on the basis that the new entity is the one carrying the brand’s own name and the fresh set of permissions. We are not going to state that as fact, because the register does not say it and neither does Midnite.
Why it matters which company you actually signed up with
For most players, most of the time, a change of licensee is invisible. The site looks the same the next morning.
It is worth knowing about anyway, for three reasons.
Your contract is with a company, not a website. When the licensee changes, you are dealing with a different legal entity in a different jurisdiction, and the terms you agreed to get reissued. Operators usually email about this and it usually goes unread.
Complaints follow the licence. If something goes wrong around a handover, knowing which of the two companies held the licence on the day it happened is the difference between a quick resolution and a fortnight of being passed around.

The company behind Midnite isn’t called Midnite
Or at least it wasn’t until August.
Dribble Media Limited is the name on the licence that has run midnite.com for a decade. It sounds like a content business rather than a bookmaker, which is roughly what it was: Midnite grew out of esports coverage before it became a betting brand, and the company name is a leftover from that.
This is the everyday version of the white-label problem. At Genting Casino and Slingo the brand on the door belongs to a third party. Here the brand and the operator are the same business, it just trades under a name you would never connect to the casino. Either way, the footer and the register tell you and the marketing does not.
Midnite can take more kinds of bet than most casinos
The licence list is the most complete we have come across in this cluster. Dribble Media holds remote casino, remote bingo, remote gambling software, general betting on real events, general betting on virtual events, and a pool betting licence.
That last one is rare. Pool betting is the totalisator model, where stakes go into a pot and the winners share it rather than being paid at fixed odds. Very few online operators bother holding the permission.
For a darts audience the relevant bit is simpler: Midnite is licensed for sports betting as well as casino, so you can back the darts and play slots from one balance. That is not true everywhere. What a one-brand licence gets you
Midnite is the second operator in this cluster with nothing else on its books, after BetWright. The difference is that BetWright got there by closing six casinos, while Midnite appears never to have run a second brand at all.
Practically, that means there is no group-wide bonus term to trip over, no second account to open by accident, and no chance of a decision at one casino quietly following you to another one you did not realise was related.
GamStop is the exception, and rightly so. It covers every UK-licensed operator, so registering closes Midnite along with everything else regardless of how small the network is.
What the register won’t tell you here
It will not tell you which licence your account sits under. Two active records for one website, and nothing on the public side says which entity is serving you today. The site’s own footer is the place to check, and it is worth a look before you deposit.
It will not tell you why. A new Gibraltar entity with a fresh set of permissions is a corporate decision with reasons behind it, and none of those reasons appear on a licence record. Anyone telling you confidently what the move is for is guessing.
What it does tell you, precisely, is who is legally answerable for the casino. On this brand, right now, that is two companies rather than one.

Yes. The licence covers general betting on real and virtual events, plus pool betting, alongside casino and bingo. Plenty of casino operators hold no betting licence and cannot offer sport at all.
