PDC Qualifying School 2026 Odds | Who will make the PDC Tour?
A record 925 players will compete in the 2026 PDC Qualifying School next week, and outright odds are available to win a Tour Card.
Following a compelling World Darts Championship, focus now switches to Milton Keynes and Kalkar on Monday, as players from around the globe set their sights on securing a coveted two-year Tour Card.
Qualifying School will again feature simultaneous events being staged in the UK and Germany, and is split into the First Stage and Final Stage across seven days of action from January 5-11.
Stage One will be held across three days, with the last 16 players from each day qualifying automatically for the Final Stage, while the remaining places in the Final Stage – featuring 128 players at each venue – are decided from a ranking list, with one point being awarded per win.
Players who lost their Tour Card at the end of 2025 will be exempt through to the Final Stage in either the UK or European Qualifying School.
They will be joined at Final Stage by leading players from the 2025 Challenge Tour, Development Tour and Women’s Series rankings, who do not already have Tour Cards for 2026.
In a change to last year, Tour Cards will be awarded to the last two players of each day’s play in the Final Stage at both the UK and European Qualifying School, while the remaining Tour Cards will be awarded to the players who occupy the qualifying positions in the Qualifying School Ranking List.
Notable names bidding to return to the PDC circuit include former World Champions John Part, Steve Beaton, Richie Burnett, Scott Mitchell, Scott Waites and Jelle Klaasen.
Former Players Champion Kevin Painter is also among the entrants, alongside former PDC World Championship runner-up Andy Hamilton and former Women’s World Matchplay champion Fallon Sherrock.
Former World Master Mervyn King and former Grand Slam champion Jose De Sousa also feature, alongside Spain’s Cristo Reyes and Australia’s Mason Whitlock – son of former European Champion Simon.
Andreas Harryson and Charlie Manby, who both enjoyed dream debut runs to the Last 16 at Alexandra Palace, feature among the Q School entry list, alongside Women’s Series stars Gemma Hayter and Noa-Lynn van Leuven.
WDF World Champion Jimmy van Schie looks to secure his spot on the PDC circuit for the first time, as does 2024 WDF World Champion Shane McGuirk.
Matches in First Stage will be played over the best of nine legs, while Final Stage encounters will be contested over the best of 11 legs.
