Hungarian Darts Trophy 2022 | Draw, Live Scores and Schedule of Play
The PDC European Tour returns with the 2022 Hungarian Darts Trophy in Budapest, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.
The tenth of 13 PDC Euro Tour events this season features 46 players battling it out for £140,000 in prize money at the BOK Sportcsarnok from September 2-4.
The top 15 players from the ProTour Order of Merit (as of June 28) are seeded and enter at the Second Round stage, while 32 qualifiers battle it out for the right to join them.
The 31 unseeded players are made up of 23 Tour Card Holder Qualifiers, two Associate Member Qualifiers, three Host Nation Qualifiers, the top ranked Hungarian player, one Nordic & Baltic Qualifier and one East European Qualifier.
Gerwyn Price is the reigning champion after he defeated Michael Smith 8-2 in last year’s final, however the world number one has withdrawn from this year’s event, alongside Rowby-John Rodriguez.
Premier League and World Matchplay champion Michael van Gerwen is vying for a fourth European Tour title of the season, while Luke Humphries is eyeing his fifth.
Peter Wright returns to action after missing the recent World Series triple-header in Australia and New Zealand, while Joe Cullen, Jonny Clayton, Dirk van Duijvenbode and Rob Cross are among the other seeded stars.
Tour Card qualifiers include Dave Chisnall, Daryl Gurney, Simon Whitlock, Raymond van Barneveld and Josh Rock.
All matches up to and including the Quarter-Finals are to be contested over the best of 11 legs, with Semi-Finals best of 13 and the final best of 15.
