Littler romped to a 6-0 whitewash of Dylan Slevin in his opener on Saturday with a 101 average, while Searle saw off Jonny Clayton 6-4.
An all-Dutch showdown sees World Cup team-mates Michael van Gerwen and Danny Noppert go head-to-head.
Van Gerwen remains in pursuit of a first PDC ranking title of the season, having come closest when finishing runner-up in April’s German Grand Prix, and began by thrashing James Wade 6-2 on Saturday.
Dave Chisnall is looking to make it back-to-back European Tour titles following June’s European Darts Open triumph, and the number one seed takes on three-time European Tour event winner Joe Cullen in the opening tie of the afternoon.
International Open champion Martin Schindler looks to delight a bumper German crowd once again when he comes up against Chris Dobey – one of only three players to have picked up multiple ProTour titles this season.
Reigning European Champion Peter Wright aims to continue his recent resurgence when he meets 22-year-old Gian van Veen – semi-finalist in last year’s European Championship.
Wright held his nerve to edge out Stephen Bunting in a deciding leg on Saturday, while Van Veen averaged 102.6 in defeating Robert Owen 6-3.
Krzysztof Ratajski’s reward for dumping out second seed Gerwyn Price is a show-down with two-time major winner Daryl Gurney.
Damon Heta, twice a ProTour event winner in 2024 and runner-up in the recent New Zealand Masters, takes on former UK Open champion Andrew Gilding.
The action gets under way from 12pm BST, with Third Round and Quarter-Final ties to be contested over the best of 11 legs, Semi-Finals best of 13 and the final best of 15.
