Betway is operated by Betway Limited, a Malta company holding Gambling Commission account 39372. Casino and betting licences date to 1 November 2014, with virtual events added in June 2017. There is no bingo licence on the account today.

Four of Betway’s eight active domains are its own subdomains, covering casino, in-play, sports and a Vegas section. Those are rooms inside Betway rather than separate casinos, in the same way NetBet splits itself across seven addresses. Jackpot City also holds two domains, and the shorter one redirects to the longer.
Strip all that out and you get three casinos plus a white label. The trading names list agrees, showing betway, jackpot city, spin casino and hippodrome online as active, with dream bingo marked inactive.
You can play the Leicester Square tables from your sofa
The Hippodrome Casino is a landmark, sitting on the corner of Leicester Square since its reopening as a casino in 2012. Its online arm is a white label on Betway’s licence, which means the Hippodrome owns the brand and Betway Limited holds the permissions and answers to the regulator.
What makes it worth a look is the live casino. The site describes itself as the digital partner of the venue, and says you can play on the actual tables of the Leicester Square casino alongside people physically sitting there. Around 800 slots sit behind it, plus hundreds of live and virtual table games.
That is a genuinely different proposition to a studio feed, and it is the only example of it we have found across every licence in this cluster.

Dream Bingo did not close, it changed hands
Both Dream Bingo domains are marked inactive on Betway’s licence, and so is the trading name. Load the site, though, and it is running perfectly well.
Its own footer explains why. Dream Bingo is now operated by Jumpman Gaming Limited under account 39175, a completely different licensee. Search the register for the domain and both accounts come back: Betway Limited holding the old inactive record, Jumpman Gaming holding the live one.
Bingo on the Box, on the same licence and also inactive, returns a server error and is genuinely finished.
Two brands, identical status on the register, and opposite outcomes. It also explains the missing bingo licence: with both bingo brands gone from this account, Betway Limited no longer holds one.
If you are checking a casino yourself, this is the case that shows why the register is a starting point rather than an answer. Inactive tells you a licensee stopped using an address. It tells you nothing about whether the casino still exists somewhere else.
The parent company is listed in New York
Betway Limited sits inside Super Group, a Guernsey-headquartered business that trades on the New York Stock Exchange under SGHC. Its portfolio runs well beyond the brands licensed here, taking in Spin Palace, Royal Vegas, Lucky Nugget and Ruby Fortune among others.
None of that shows up on the British register, which names Betway Limited and stops. Search it for Super Group and you get nothing at all, because parent companies are not licensees.
Spin Casino is the oldest thing here by a distance, established in 2001 and carrying the DNA of the old Spin Palace brand. Betway itself came later, and Jackpot City has been running since the early days of online casino without publishing a founding date anywhere we could find.
Betway is a bookmaker first, which the licence reflects
The account carries general betting permissions for real and virtual events alongside the casino licence, and Betway has built its name on sport rather than slots.

It will not tell you where a brand went. Dream Bingo shows as inactive and nothing more. Finding Jumpman Gaming meant loading the site and reading the footer, which is a thirty-second job the register cannot do for you.
