BetMGM Sister Sites: Every Casino on the Same Licence
BetMGM does not hold a British gambling licence. Its sister sites belong to a Swedish company called LeoVegas, and so does BetMGM itself.
MGM bought LeoVegas in 2022 and runs its British operation through that licence, which is why betmgm.co.uk sits on a register entry alongside Pink Casino and Slot Boss.
Five live sisters, three dead bingo brands, and one domain that looks retired but is quietly still working.
BetMGM UK Facing Sister Casino Sites
BetMGM operates under LeoVegas Gaming PLC, which holds Gambling Commission account 39198. The casino licence dates to 1 November 2014, with betting and bingo permissions added between 2016 and 2025.

| BetUK | betuk.com | Not stated | Active |
| 21.co.uk | 21.co.uk | Not stated | Active |
| Pink Casino | pinkcasino.co.uk | Not stated | Active |
| Slot Boss | slotboss.co.uk | 2013 | Active |
| LeoVegas (.com) | leovegas.com | 2012 | Inactive, redirects |
| Bingo Godz | bingogodz.com | Not stated | Inactive, dead |
| Bingo Loopy | bingoloopy.com | Not stated | Inactive, dead |
| Bingos | bingos.co.uk | Not stated | Inactive, dead |
Most of those launch dates are blank because the brands do not publish them. LeoVegas and Slot Boss both state a founding year on their own about pages, and the rest say nothing at all.
We loaded all ten addresses rather than trusting the register. The three bingo domains do not resolve at all, which matches their inactive status. leovegas.com is the interesting one, because it is marked inactive and yet still works.
Three of the dead domains are gone. One still works
Type leovegas.com into a browser and you land on leovegas.co.uk. The page that loads is byte-for-byte the same size as the one the .co.uk serves directly, so it is a redirect rather than a separate site.
The register marks it inactive because LeoVegas no longer uses that address to take British customers. The domain still exists and still points somewhere useful, which is a different thing entirely.
Compare Bingo Godz, Bingo Loopy and Bingos on the same licence. Those three are also marked inactive, and all three fail to load. Same status on the register, completely different reality, and the only way to tell them apart is to try the addresses yourself.
An American brand on a Swedish licence
LeoVegas was founded in 2012 and built its reputation on mobile casino, winning a run of industry awards through the early 2020s.
MGM Resorts International announced its purchase in May 2022 and cleared the final approvals on 7 September that year, paying around $607 million. BetMGM then arrived in Britain on the licence MGM had just acquired rather than on one of its own.
Worth a moment on what that means when something goes wrong. The name on the casino is one of the biggest in Las Vegas, and the company answerable to the Gambling Commission is LeoVegas Gaming PLC. Complaints, account decisions and responsible-gambling obligations all sit with the licensee, not with MGM.
LeoVegas does not make this easy to discover. Its own about page runs through the awards and the mobile-first history without mentioning MGM once. The register is where the ownership becomes visible, which is the argument for checking it. Our guide to casino sister sites covers how.
Six casinos aimed at six different people
This is a more deliberately segmented family than most.
LeoVegas is the mobile-led flagship. BetMGM trades on the Las Vegas name. BetUK is the sports-first brand. Slot Boss, established in 2013, does what the name suggests. Pink Casino aims squarely at a female audience, and 21.co.uk leans into live casino and table games.
Six brands covering six positions is a strategy rather than an accident, and it is the opposite of what we found at NetBet, where one brand covers every product through subdomains.
For a darts audience the relevant point is that the licence carries general betting permissions for real and virtual events, so sports betting is available across the group. That is not a given: SkillOnNet, behind PlayOJO and 17 other UK casinos, holds no betting licence at all. Our darts betting sites page covers the sportsbook side.
What carries across the six
Welcome offers are generally claimable at each brand separately, because they trade as separate casinos. Read the eligibility line before you open the second account, since a clause naming the group or affiliated companies limits you to one across all of them.
Account restrictions travel. Risk and responsible-gambling decisions are taken by LeoVegas Gaming PLC, and it holds the licence for every brand here, so a closure at BetMGM can reach Pink Casino.
That is worth knowing precisely because these six do not look related. Nothing about Pink Casino’s branding suggests a connection to a Las Vegas operator, and nothing on BetMGM points at a Swedish mobile casino.
Self-exclusion goes further still, since GamStop covers every UK-licensed operator and closes the whole market at once.
What we could not check
BetMGM’s own site would not load for us. betmgm.co.uk returns a 212-byte response rather than a page, which is a security filter rather than an outage. Everything we say about BetMGM here comes from the register and from its sister brands, not from the casino itself.
Four of the six do not publish a launch date. BetMGM, BetUK, Pink Casino and 21.co.uk all run about pages that say nothing about when they started. We have left those cells blank rather than guess, and we would rather do that than fill a table with numbers we cannot point at a source for.
Common questions
How many BetMGM sister sites are there?
Five live ones: LeoVegas, BetUK, 21.co.uk, Pink Casino and Slot Boss. The licence also carries three dead bingo domains and a LeoVegas .com address that redirects to the .co.uk.
Who owns BetMGM in the UK?
LeoVegas Gaming PLC holds the licence, and LeoVegas itself has been owned by MGM Resorts International since September 2022. So the British operation runs through a Swedish company that an American casino group bought for around $607 million.
Is BetUK the same company as BetMGM?
Same licensee, different casinos. Both sit on LeoVegas Gaming PLC’s account, which means the same company answers to the regulator for each, but they run as separate brands with separate offers.
Can I claim a welcome bonus at each of them?
Usually, since they operate separately. Check the eligibility wording first, because where it refers to the group or affiliated companies you get one offer across all six.
Why is leovegas.com listed as inactive?
Because LeoVegas no longer uses it to serve British customers. The address still works and redirects to leovegas.co.uk, unlike the three bingo domains on the same licence, which are genuinely gone.
Licence data read from the Gambling Commission public register, account 39198, on 18 September 2026, with all ten domains loaded and checked the same day.
