European Tour action continues with the International Darts Open in Riesa, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.

The seventh of 15 PDC European Tour events this year features 48 players competing for £230,000 in prize money at the SACHSENarena from May 22-24.

The tournament sees the top 16 players from the main Order of Merit seeded in the draw and enter at the Second Round stage, while the 16 highest-ranked players from the one-year ProTour Order of Merit enter in Round One.

They are joined by a further ten Tour Card holder qualifiers, four Host Nation qualifiers, a Nordic & Baltic qualifier and an East European qualifier.

Stephen Bunting is the defending champion after he defeated Nathan Aspinall 8-5 in last year’s final to claim his first European Tour title.

Bunting is amongst the seeded contingent which also includes three-time World Champion Michael van Gerwen and European Champion Gian van Veen.

World Cup of Darts winner Josh Rock also features, alongside former major winners James Wade, Danny Noppert and Chris Dobey.

ProTour Order of Merit qualifiers include the likes of Kevin Doets, Dirk van Duijvenbode, Dave Chisnall and Niko Springer.

Cristo Reyes, Kim Huybrechts, Keane Barry and Charlie Manby are amongst the Tour Card Holder qualifiers.

From the original list of entries, Luke Humphries and Michael Smith have withdrawn from the event and have been replaced by Rob Cross and Maik Kuivenhoven from the Reserve List.

All matches up to and including the quarter-finals are to be contested over the best of 11 legs, with semi-finals best of 13 and the final best of 15.
