The inaugural World Seniors Darts Championship takes place at The Circus Tavern, and a live stream is available for all matches.

The over 50s tournament runs from February 3-6 and incorporates a top prize of £30,000 as televised darts returns to the former home of the PDC World Championship in Purfleet.

The line-up features 11 former World Champions from both PDC and BDO codes, plus a further 11 invited players and two qualifiers.

The top eight seeds will enter the competition at the Second Round stage, awaiting the winner of an unseeded First Round tie.

The field is headed by 16-time World Champion Phil Taylor, who was the first player to be confirmed last April.

At 76, three-time World Champion John Lowe is set to be the oldest player in the line-up, ahead of 74-year-old Bob Anderson.

Wayne Warren, the 2020 BDO World Champion, will also be in action, alongside 1983 World Champion Keith Deller – who won the League of Legends event back in 2009.

Four-time Women’s World Champion Lisa Ashton is among the front-runners for glory, having competed on the PDC circuit in 2020 and 2021.

Another ladies legend – Trina Gulliver MBE – will make her return to televised action, alongside 1997 BDO World Champion Les Wallace.

John Part is one of two former PDC World Champions in action, while three-time BDO World Champion Martin Adams and 2001 Lakeside Champion John Walton also accepted their invitations.

Former PDC world finalists Kevin Painter and Peter Manley are among the wildcards, as well as crowd favourites Tony O’Shea and Terry Jenkins.

Multiple major winner Robert Thornton also features, alongside former UK Open champion Roland Scholten and Singapore legend Paul Lim.

Two-time World Masters champion Deta Hedman, former World Grand Prix champion Alan Warriner-Little and qualifier Richie Howson complete the field.

All matches will also be available to watch live on laptop, mobile and tablet in various other regions worldwide.
