Biography

Trailblazing Frenchman Thibault Tricole made history as the first player from France to grace the PDC World Championship stage.

Nicknamed “The French Touch”, Tricole broke new ground when he became the first ever French competitor at the World Championship and celebrated by defeating Mario Vandenbogaerde in the opening round. He also partnered Jacques Labre to a landmark run to the quarter-finals of the 2023 World Cup of Darts and enjoyed a breakthrough on the floor circuit by reaching his maiden Players Championship semi-final in August 2024.

The Malguénac native continues to inspire his country’s darting boom and remains a pioneer for French darts. With his silky throw and competitive spirit, Tricole is determined to climb further up the rankings.
