Biography

Major champion Nathan Aspinall – nicknamed “The Asp” – is one of the sport’s great success stories of recent years.

After starting his career on the Development and Challenge Tour in 2012, Aspinall regained his PDC Tour Card in 2018 and announced himself by winning his first ranking title in September of that year and then reaching the World Championship semi-finals as a 500/1 outsider.

He claimed his maiden televised crown at the 2019 UK Open and, having battled back from a career-threatening wrist injury, captured the 2023 World Matchplay title to cement his place among the sport’s elite.
