Biography

Two-time major champion Michael Smith, nicknamed “Bully Boy”, is revered for his relentless scoring power and fearless attitude.

The St Helens superstar joined the PDC as a teenager and, after reaching a host of major finals, captured his first televised title at the 2022 Grand Slam of Darts. He followed that up in style by winning the 2023 World Championship, defeating Michael van Gerwen in a classic final, and has regularly occupied the world’s top rankings ever since.

Smith remains a constant threat at every event, boasting multiple World Series successes and three televised nine-dart finishes, and continues to chase more silverware with his trademark rapid throw and heavy 180 hitting.
