"The Cobra"
Biography
Former world champion Jelle Klaasen remains one of darts’ most naturally gifted performers.
The Dutchman burst onto the scene by winning the Lakeside world title in 2006 at just 21 and soon crossed to the PDC, where he lifted a ranking title in 2007 and reached the European Championship semi-finals two years later. Klaasen overcame injury setbacks to return to the Premier League in 2017 and has continued to produce flashes of brilliance on tour, including runs to the last eight at multiple TV events.
