Winmau World Masters 2026 Preliminary Rounds | Draw & Latest Results
The draw for the Preliminary Rounds of the 2026 Winmau World Masters has been confirmed, with 122 players battling it out in Milton Keynes on Wednesday.
A total of eight places are up for grabs in the televised stage of the Winmau World Masters – which take place from January 29 to February 1 at Arena MK.
The top 24 players from the PDC Order of Merit are exempt through to the televised stage of the new-look event, with all remaining Tour Card Holders eligible to compete in the Preliminary Rounds.
They are joined by players from the PDC’s secondary and affiliate tours, as well as four representatives from the JDC circuit.
The Preliminary Rounds will see 32 players seeded through to the Last 64 (players 25-56 on the PDC Order of Merit), plus 32 Group Winners from the Group Stage.
The field includes former World Champions Michael Smith and Peter Wright, former Masters champion Joe Cullen and former World Matchplay champion Dimitri van den Bergh.
Dutch stars Wessel Nijman and Dirk van Duijvenbode will also start out in the Last 64, alongside the likes of Cameron Menzies, Krzysztof Ratajski and Justin Hood.
The Group Stage will see 32 players seeded as one per group (players 57-88 on the PDC Order of Merit), with the remaining players drawn at random to the groups.
Group Stage seeds include Kim Huybrechts, Wesley Plaisier, Max Hopp and Bradley Brooks, while unseeded Group Stage entrants include three-time Women’s World Champion Beau Greaves and other new Tour Card holders such as Shane McGuirk, Charlie Manby and Jimmy van Schie.
The Preliminary Rounds will commence from 12pm GMT, with matches to be contested over the best of five sets, best of three legs per set.
