The upcoming Premier League Darts nights planned for Belfast and Sheffield have been postponed due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation.

March’s planned Premier League nights in Newcastle and Rotterdam were postponed recently, and with further restrictions now in place worldwide, the first two events scheduled in April will also now be staged later in the year.

In line with the rescheduling of other nights to extend the Unibet Premier League season during 2020, the visit to The FlyDSA Arena in Sheffield – originally on Thursday April 9 – has been rescheduled for Thursday July 2.

Details of the revised date for the visit to The SSE Arena in Belfast, which was originally planned for Thursday April 2, will be confirmed in due course.

Tickets purchased for the original league nights will remain valid for the new dates.

Should any fans with tickets be unable to attend the new date, they will be entitled to a refund from their point of purchase.

The Players Championship double-header in Barnsley from April 4-5, as well as the subsequent European Tour qualifiers on April 6, are also postponed.

The Challenge Tour weekend in Wigan from April 10-12, comprised of events 5-8, is also postponed, in addition to the Euro Tour 7 qualifier on April 17 and the subsequent Players Championship weekend.

The rescheduled dates are to be confirmed in due course, with the three postponed European Tour events which had been set for March and April already rearranged for later in the year.

It is expected that more Unibet Premier League nights are to be postponed, with the double-header in Rotterdam having already been rescheduled for September and the night in Newcastle set for October 1.
