The third staging of the New Zealand Masters and the fifth World Series event of the year features 16 players competing for the £20,000 top prize at the Globox Arena.
The tournament runs from August 4-5 and features eight PDC representatives and eight Oceanic representatives in action.
Gerwyn Price is the defending champion after he defeated his World Cup winning team-mate Jonny Clayton 8-4 in last year’s final.
Price, runner-up in two World Series events this season, returns among a star-studded line-up which is headed by world number one and World Champion Michael Smith.
Former World Champions Peter Wright and Rob Cross also feature, alongside newly-crowned World Matchplay champion Nathan Aspinall.
Dimitri van den Bergh, Danny Noppert and Damon Heta are also among the PDC representatives, with Michael van Gerwen and Jonny Clayton having opted out.
A strong Oceanic contingent is led by former world finalist Simon Whitlock and also includes top Kiwi stars Ben Robb, Warren Parry and Haupai Puha.
First Round and Quarter-Final matches are to be contested over the best of 11 legs, with Semi-Finals best of 13 and the final best of 15 legs.
