European Tour action resumes with the 2023 German Darts Open, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.
The 11th of 13 Euro Tour events this season features 48 players battling it out for £175,000 in prize money at the Sparkassen-Arena in Jena from September 8-10.
The top 16 players from the ProTour Order of Merit (as of August 15) are seeded and enter at the Second Round stage, while 32 qualifiers battle it out for the right to join them.
The unseeded players are made up of 24 Tour Card Holder Qualifiers, the two highest placed German players of the Order of Merit, two Host Nation Qualifiers, two Associate Member qualifiers, a Nordic & Baltic qualifier and an East European qualifier.
Peter Wright claimed the title in 2022 courtesy of an 8-6 victory over Dimitri van den Bergh in the final.
Wright is among a star-studded field which also includes top seed Dave Chisnall – winner of two Euro Tour titles this year, second seed Damon Heta and third seed Luke Humphries.
The likes of Dirk van Duijvenbode, Josh Rock, Rob Cross, Nathan Aspinall and Joe Cullen are also among the seeded contingent.
Qualifiers include ten-time major winner James Wade, Simon Whitlock, Stephen Bunting, Daryl Gurney and Gian van Veen.
All matches up to and including the Quarter-Finals are to be contested over the best of 11 legs, with Semi-Finals best of 13 and the final best of 15.
