The European Tour continues with the European Darts Open in Leverkusen, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.

The eighth of 14 PDC European Tour events this year features 48 players competing for £175,000 in prize money at the Ostermann Arena from May 30 to June 1.

The tournament sees the top 16 players from the main Order of Merit seeded in the draw and enter at the Second Round stage, while the 16 Pro Tour Order of Merit qualifiers enter in Round One.

They are joined by a further ten Tour Card holder qualifiers, four Host Nation qualifiers, a Nordic & Baltic qualifier and an East European qualifier.

Dave Chisnall is the defending champion after he defeated Ross Smith 8-6 in last year’s final to clinch his eighth Euro Tour title.

This year’s field is headed by top seed Stephen Bunting, who is joined by former World Champions including Gary Anderson, Peter Wright and Michael Smith.

Former major winners Nathan Aspinall, James Wade, Jonny Clayton and Chris Dobey are also among the seeded contingent.

ProTour Order of Merit qualifiers include Wessel Nijman, Cameron Menzies, Raymond van Barneveld and Dirk van Duijvenbode.

From the original list of entries, Rob Cross withdrew and has been replaced by Madars Razma, while Luke Humphries and Michael van Gerwen have also withdrawn and have been replaced from the Reserve List by William O’Connor and Matt Campbell.

All matches up to and including the Quarter-Finals are to be contested over the best of 11 legs, with Semi-Finals best of 13 and the final best of 15.
