Former World Champion Rob Cross looks ahead to his third Premier League Darts campaign

Rob Cross is confident he can bounce back from a disappointing end to 2019 in his third Premier League Darts campaign.

Cross suffered a shock Second Round exit to Kim Huybrechts in the World Championship to end an otherwise memorable year.

The reigning World Matchplay and European Champion has embarked on a drastic weight-loss program and is hoping to cut his opponents down to size.

Cross will make his third consecutive appearance in the Premier League and faces Grand Slam champion Gerwyn Price on Night One in Aberdeen.

Cross was runner-up to Michael van Gerwen in last year’s Premier League Darts and also reached the play-offs in his debut season in 2018.

The 29-year-old secured his return to the Premier League as world number four.
