Premier League Darts 2026 Night Ten | Brighton Preview and Order of Play
The big names battle it out once again on Night Ten of 2026 Premier League Darts in Brighton on Thursday.
The Premier League roadshow heads to the South Coast as a sold-out Brighton Centre plays host the sport’s elite invitational.
With the race for the play-offs entering the final straight, all eight players still harbour hopes of making it to The O2 Arena to compete for the title next month.
Gerwyn Price picked up his second weekly title of the season in Manchester last time out to close the gap at the top of the table to just two points.
The Welshman produced one of the most emphatic displays ever witnessed since the introduction of this format, averaging 107.7 for the night and landing a 170 checkout en route to glory.
Price is now bidding to go top of the table for the first time this season and comes up against struggling debutant Josh Rock in the quarter-finals.
Rock went winless for the opening seven nights of the competition but has since picked up two points in each of his last two outings.
However, he remains rooted to the foot of the table, five points adrift, and has lost his last three meetings with Price across all competitions.
Littler, who triumphed in Brighton last year, looks to bounce back from last week’s controversial quarter-final exit in Manchester when he takes on Stephen Bunting.
Littler was beaten in a deciding leg by Gian van Veen on home soil, appearing to celebrate after the Dutchman had missed an attempt at double 15 for the match, before missing match darts himself.
That loss marked Littler’s first night without a point since Week Four, having claimed three of the previous four nightly titles to move top of the table.
Bunting has lost both of his previous quarter-final meetings with Littler 6-3 in this year’s Premier League but remains with an outside shout of challenging for the play-offs, having closed the gap to four points by reaching the semi-finals last week.
Michael van Gerwen currently holds down fourth spot after winning Night One and reaching a further two nightly finals, but suffered his fourth quarter-final exit of the campaign in Manchester.
The seven-time Premier League champion, who missed out on the play-offs last year, takes on his Dutch compatriot Van Veen in Brighton.
Van Veen, who missed Night Seven through illness, reached his fourth nightly final of the season last time out but was denied a first weekly title once again.
Victory for the European Champion over MVG would see him leapfrog his fellow countryman into the top four – where he spent the first six consecutive weeks.
The opening match of the night sees reigning champion Luke Humphries face 2021 champion Jonny Clayton.
The decorated duo face off for the fourth time in this year’s Premier League, with Clayton having won their first two ties before Humphries prevailed on Night Seven.
Humphries also triumphed over Clayton 8-6 in the final of the recent Belgian Darts Open in Wieze.
Clayton topped the table from Nights 3-7 but has since suffered three consecutive quarter-final exits and still has work to do if he is to ensure a return to the play-offs.
Humphries, meanwhile, is two points adrift of the play-off positions following back-to-back quarter-final defeats, and is still searching for his first weekly title of the campaign.
The action gets under way from 7pm BST, with all matches to be contested over the best of 11 legs.
