Rob Owen

Welshman Rob Owen – nicknamed “Stack Attack” – enjoyed a late-career resurgence to return to the world stage.

Owen first caught the eye with a fairy-tale run to the UK Open semi-finals in 2018 before falling away from the circuit. He regained his Tour Card via the Winmau Challenge Tour in 2022 and has since consolidated his position on the Order of Merit. The Bridgend native will make his second World Championship appearance in the 2024/25 season and remains known for his fast pace and heavy scoring.

With no ranking titles to his name yet, Owen continues to mix his darts career with work and family life but has shown he can still produce shocks against established names. A deep run on the ProTour could propel him further up the rankings.
