The Bahrain Darts Masters kicks off the World Series in 2025, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.
The third staging of the tournament will feature eight PDC stars and eight Asian representatives battling it out at the Bahrain International Circuit from January 16-17.
Luke Littler is the defending champion after he defeated Michael van Gerwen 8-5 in last year’s final with a sensational nine-dart finish along the way.
The teenager lifted the unique date palm trophy to triumph on his World Series debut and went on to win the Premier League and Grand Slam, before his historic World Championship triumph a fortnight ago.
Littler is joined in this year’s Bahrain Masters by seven other top PDC stars – headed by world number one Humphries, who won the World Cup of Darts, World Matchplay and Players Championship Finals in 2024.
World Championship semi-finalists Stephen Bunting and Chris Dobey will make their first visits to Bahrain to compete in the event, following their inclusion in the 2025 Premier League.
Former World Champions Rob Cross and Gerwyn Price also return for the third edition of the Bahrain Darts Masters, alongside 2023 World Matchplay champion Nathan Aspinall and two-time World Champion Peter Wright.
The Asian representatives include six players from the PDC Asian Tour who competed at the World Darts Championship, with PDC Asian Champion Lourence Ilagan one of three Filipino stars in action.
Ilagan will be joined by 2024 PDC Asian Tour Order of Merit winner Alexis Toylo and Paolo Nebrida, while Hong Kong’s Lok Yin Lee has been included after reaching the Second Round of the World Championship.
China’s Xiaochen Zong and India’s Nitin Kumar will also feature, alongside Bahrain duo Basem Mahmood and Abdulla Saeed – who won through last month’s Bahrain Qualifiers to confirm their World Series returns.
First Round and Quarter-Final matches are to be contested over the best of 11 legs, with Semi-Finals best of 13 and the final best of 15.
