The 2024 PDC European Tour commences with the Belgian Darts Open, and you can follow the latest results and schedule of play here.
The first of 13 Euro Tour events this season sees 48 players competing for £175,000 in prize money at the Oktoberhallen in Wieze from March 8-10.
A notable change to the qualifying criteria this year means the top 16 players in the PDC Order of Merit qualify automatically alongside the 16 highest ranked players on the PDC ProTour Order of Merit – who are seeded in the draw.
A further ten players qualified via the Tour Card holder qualifying event, plus four Host Nation qualifiers, one Nordic & Baltic Associate Member qualifier and one East European Associate Member qualifier.
Michael van Gerwen is the defending champion after he defeated Luke Humphries 8-6 in last year’s final.
The two World Champions are among a star-studded field which also includes World Championship finalist Luke Littler – making his European Tour debut – plus fellow Premier League stars Gerwyn Price, Rob Cross, Michael Smith, Nathan Aspinall and Peter Wright.
Dave Chisnall is the number one seed and is joined by the likes of Gary Anderson, Ryan Searle and Damon Heta.
James Wade, Raymond van Barneveld, Dimitri van den Bergh and Stephen Bunting also feature, while qualifiers include Richard Veenstra, Chris Landman and James Hurrell.
All matches up to and including the Quarter-Finals are to be contested over the best of 11 legs, with Semi-Finals best of 13 and the final best of 15.
