What is Q School?

UK Qualifying School takes place from January 17-20 at the Robin Park Sports Centre in Wigan, with 397 players competing for just 19 two-year Tour Cards.

The final two players on each day will earn an automatic Tour Card, alongside a further eleven players from the final UK Q School Order of Merit, with points awarded per round.

With historic restrictions on BDO players now lifted, this year's Q School promises to be one of the most fiercely competitive ever staged as a host of established names and amateur hopefuls battle it out.

Reigning and three-time Lakeside Champion Glen Durrant heads the list of hopefuls, while Lakeside finalist Scott Waites and multiple women's World Champions Lisa Ashton and Anasatasia Dobromyslova also throw their hats into the ring.

Former World Champions John Part and Richie Burnett are bidding to regain a place on the £14 million PDC circuit, but will face formidable competition from a plethora of undiscovered talent.

Where can I watch Q School?

Qualifying School is played behind closed doors at the Robin Park Sports Centre in Wigan, with each player permitted one guest to the venue.

Q School is neither televised nor live streamed, though live score updates are posted on the Live Darts Twitter page and via Dart Connect.
