The ninth of 13 live-streamed Euro Tour events this season will feature 48 players battling it out for the £25,000 title at the PVA Expo Praha.
The field is comprised of the top 16 entrants from the PDC ProTour Order of Merit (seeded through to the Second Round) plus a further 18 UK Qualifiers, six European qualifiers, two West & South European qualifiers, four Host Nation qualifiers, one Nordic & Baltic qualifier and one East European qualifier.
The Czech Open is the final event before the cut off for the 2019 World Matchplay, with eleven players competing for the remaining three places at the Winter Gardens next month.
Michael van Gerwen returns to action after skipping the recent Danish Open and double-header of Players Championship events, and the number one seed is bidding for his fifth Euro Tour title of the season.
Ian White, a back-to-back winner on the European Tour this year, is seeded number two, ahead of Gerwyn Price, Daryl Gurney and Peter Wright.
The likes of James Wade, Adrian Lewis, Mensur Suljovic and Michael Smith are among the other key contenders, while Glen Durrant, Chris Dobey and Corey Cadby are among the notable UK qualifiers.
The tournament runs from June 28-30 and is streamed exclusively live on desktop or mobile devices to fans in the UK and various other regions.
