UK Open 2018 Qualifier Five Draw: The line-up for Saturday’s event in Wigan

The triple-header features £60,000 floor events held on consecutive days from Friday to Sunday at the Robin Park Tennis Centre, with prize money counting towards the UK Open Order of Merit, as well as the ProTour Order of Merit and main Order of Merit.

Following Sunday’s UK Open Qualifier Six, the top 96 players will progress to compete in the UK Open Televised Finals at Butlins Minehead from March 2-4 alongside the 32 Rileys Amateur Qualifiers.

Two-time World Champion Gary Anderson claimed Friday’s title courtesy of a 6-2 victory over Jeffrey de Zwaan in the final.

Rob Cross and Raymond van Barneveld also secured sufficient prize money to confirm their place in next month’s main event, as did seasoned campaigners Terry Jenkins and John Part.

Reigning UK Open champion Peter Wright is among the leading contenders for Saturday’s title, alongside the likes of World Champion Cross, in-form Michael Smith, Adrian Lewis and Daryl Gurney.

Play will commence from 12pm GMT. All matches are to be contested over the best of 11 legs, with selected matches being streamed exclusively live online in the UK and various other regions.
