The 16-man field features eight of the PDC’s elite throwers alongside eight of Australia and New Zealand’s talents as they battle it out for the £20,000 top prize.
The tournament is the third of five World Series events to be held in 2019 before the World Series Finals in November and is the first of three Oceanic events in consecutive weeks.
Rob Cross is the defending champion after he defeated Michael van Gerwen 11-6 in last year’s final, and the newly-crowed World Matchplay champion returns to Brisbane as the number two seed.
German Masters champion Peter Wright is seeded number one, with Daryl Gurney and James Wade seeded three and four respectively.
Van Gerwen, Gary Anderson, Simon Whitlock and Raymond van Barneveld make up the remainder of the eight PDC invites, while regional qualifiers include Kyle Anderson, Corey Cadby and Damon Heta.
The tournament runs from August 9-10 at the BCEC in Brisbane, Australia, with all matches available to watch LIVE online in the UK and various other regions. Television coverage in the UK is delayed until 7pm.
