Lesson One: Posture & Stance
A run through of the basics of how to stand while throwing your darts. In lesson one, Paul will show you the best way to approach and stand at the oche.
This ranges from front and back leg position to staying still and adopting the correct body posture. This will give you the fundamentals of the base you need to play darts.
“What we want people to do is have a solid base with the stance and make sure that we can do something with it to make sure that there’s no injuries because you’re going to be throwing a lot of darts,” Paul explains.
