PDC Order of Merit update: The latest world rankings following the Czech Darts Open

Jamie Hughes has climbed to 67th in the PDC Order of Merit after securing a maiden ranking title at the Czech Darts Open, while Glen Durrant enters the world's top 64 for the first time.

Hughes, who earned his Tour Card at Qualifying School in January, pulled off a remarkable triumph in Prague last weekend to not only clinch his first European Tour title, but also book his place in the Betfred World Matchplay.

A semi-finalist at the European Grand Prix, 'Yozza' also reached the Quarter-Finals of a Players Championship event a week earlier, and the £25,000 top prize in Prague represents the biggest singe pay-cheque of his career so far.

The Tipton thrower has subsequently climbed nine places on the main Order of Merit to 67th and with the power to add over the next 18 months.

Reigning and three-time Lakeside Champion Durrant, twice a winner on the PDC ProTour this season, has climbed to 64th after just six months as a Tour Card holder and is also bound for Blackpool in less than three week's time.

Keegan Brown's superb run to the Semi-Finals in Prague sees him secure a career-high ranking of 28th, while in-form Jermaine Wattimena is up one place to a career-high 22nd.

World finalist Michael Smith has climbed to a personal best of fifth in the rankings, though is locked level with Peter Wright.

Raymond van Barneveld's recent absence from ranking competition has seen him slip to 31st, with a further drop expected at the conclusion of the World Matchplay as the Dutch legend misses out on a place at the Winter Gardens.

Polish star Krzysztof Ratajski is up two places to 37th, while Danny Noppert moved three places to 38th and fellow Dutchman Ron Meulenkamp climbed two to 52nd.
