The draw for the Women’s UK & Ireland Qualifier for the 2018/19 World Championship has been confirmed, with a vast field competing for a place at Alexandra Palace.

As part of the expansion of the field from 72 to 96 players, two guaranteed places at Ally Pally are up for grabs via the UK & Ireland and Rest of the World qualifiers.

Three-time World Champion Anastasia Dobromyslova claimed the first available spot by winning last week's Rest of the World qualifier in Dusseldorf.

Reigning and four-time Women's World Champion Lisa Ashton is among the star names in action in Milton Keynes, alongside three-time finalist Deta Hedman, Fallon Sherrock and Lorraine Winstanley.

The free-to-enter qualifiers are open to any female players aged 16 or over, with no restrictions placed on current BDO players.

Play commences from midday GMT, with all matches up to and including the Quarter-Finals to be contested over the best of seven legs, Semi-Finals best of nine and the final best of 11.
