World Darts Championship 2018/19 Semi-Final banker double: Turn £10 into £77 with William Hill

A date with destiny awaits as the Semi-Finals take centre stage at Alexandra Palace on Sunday, and we've picked out a value double to take advantage of.

The two most decorated stars of the season collide in a dream World Championship Semi-Final as Michael van Gerwen faces rival Gary Anderson.

Seeded number one and four respectively, the two tungsten titans meet at this stage of the sport's show-piece event for the second time, while also having contested the final two years ago.

World number ten Michael Smith aims to book his place in a first World Championship final by ending the fairy-tale run of Nathan Aspinall.

Smith, 28, announced his arrival into big time darts with victory over Phil Taylor on this very stage five years ago, but has now matured both on and off the oche and believes he is ready to fulfil his darting destiny.

Standing in the way of 'Bully Boy' and a place in Tuesday's final is world number 73 Aspinall - perhaps the biggest surprise package in a tournament littered with shocks.

Semi-Finals are contested over the best of 11 sets (all sets are the best of five legs). A tie-break is in operation where the final set must be won by two clear legs. If the score reaches five-all, the 11th leg will be a sudden-death leg.
