Six players ranked outside the world's top 40 are among those aiming to book a dream date in the Quarter-Finals of the World Championship on Friday, and we've picked out another tasty treble for you to follow.

A tournament of upsets has seen a number of lower-ranked players defy the odds to reach the latter stages of the sport's show-piece, resulting in a wide open bottom section of the draw.

One of either Nathan Aspinall, Devon Petersen, Benito van de Pas or Brendan Dolan will find themselves in Sunday's Semi-Finals, having previously failed to surpass the Last 16 between them.

Defending champion Rob Cross, reigning European Champion James Wade and multiple major finalist Dave Chisnall are among the big guns aiming to continue their charge.

All matches are to be contested over the best of seven sets (all sets are the best of five legs). A tie-break is in operation where the final set must be won by two clear legs. If the score reaches five-all, the 11th leg will be a sudden-death leg.

Friday's Order of Play

Last 16

Afternoon Session (12.30pm)
Nathan Aspinall v Devon Petersen
Benito van de Pas v Brendan Dolan
Ryan Joyce v James Wade

Evening Session (7pm-11pm)
Ryan Searle v Michael Smith
Jamie Lewis v Dave Chisnall
Rob Cross v Luke Humphries

Friday's Banker Treble

James Wade -1.5 sets handicap
Devon Petersen over 5.5 match 180s
Luke Humphries +2.5 sets handicap
