The World Championship returns bigger and better from December 15 to January 2, featuring 72 of the world's top stars battling it out for the £1.65 million prize fund and for the right to be crowned World Champion.
But it's not just the tungsten heavyweights that will grace the huge Alexandra Palace stage this Christmas, with the customary walk-on girls and dancers bringing more glamour to the show-piece event.
Here's our pick of the top 12 walk-on girls ever to have graced the World stage...
Daniella, 29, has been a walk-on girl for five years and is a firm favourite with darts fans up and down the country. It's not hard to see why!
Having worked at the majority of major televised events in the UK this year, the brunette beauty from Chesterfield is set for another popular stint at Ally Pally.
Outside of darts, she specialises in lingerie and shoots for stores including Matalan and Asda and once came third in Miss Great Britain.

Charlotte's modelling career began aged 18 and working as a beauty therapist, when she was nominated for FHM's annual "High Street Honeys'' competition. She finished second out of 8,000 entrants.
The 28-year-old made her walk-on debut during the 2013 Players Championship Finals and became an instant hit on social media.
The Leicestershire blonde was introduced to darts by Daniella when they met modelling on the Superbike circuit and they have now released a 2017 calendar, with 10% of profits going to the Parkinson's UK charity.
Blackpool-born Samantha featured as a walk-on girl from 2012-2014, famously starring in the infamous 'darts does Baywatch' video prior to the 2013 World Matchplay in her home town!
Sammi's days as one of the most loved walk-on girls may be over after she called it a day following the 2014 Grand Slam, but she is still a welcome presence in venues up and down the country as she cheers on her husband James Wade from the audience.
Hazel is perhaps one of the most recognised walk-on girls after her appearance on Big Brother in 2013 and is now dating Tottenham and England midfielder Andros Townsend.
The Irish stunner has been a regular fixture on the PDC stage in recent years and is set to return to the people's palace for another popular stint at the Worlds.
Nicknamed 'Barbie' , Londoner Maria also graced our screens for the first time at the 2013 Players Championship Finals in Minehead.
As well as a model, Maria also enjoys a spot of acting and is poised to make her third appearance on the sport's biggest stage this Christmas.
A welcomed new addition to the World Championship stage in 2015, Brentwood-based Holly is the Head of Business Development for a property company by-day and a singer and model in her spare time - endless talent!
Originally from Norwich, Jessica represented Nottingham at the Miss England competition and England at Miss World 2010.
At University, she was Treasurer of the Law Society and Finance Officer for the Athletic Union and made a welcomed cameo appearance at the 2015 World Championship alongside Maria.
Liverpool-born Nicola is a familiar face among long-term darts fans, having started out as a walk-on girl back in 2008.
While living in Dubai, she returned to the red carpet during a staging of the Dubai Darts Masters, but has now started up her own management company. Her favourite player is Terry 'The Bull' Jenkins.
PDC Darts dancers
The PDC Darts dancers are on-hand to add even more glamour to the greatest show on planet darts and also appeared during this season's Premier League by popular demand.
The have also performed at West Ham Football Football Club, Twickenham Stadium and Electric Daisy Carnival, but have the task of creating some sort of dance to every walk-on track at Ally Pally, no matter how bizarre!
Stoke-on-Trent isn't just renowned for its production line of top tungsten talent, it's also home to walk-on stalwart Sarah - who held down the role for almost seven years.
Now 34, Sarah continues to work as a model, but recently celebrated the birth of her first child and is enjoying a happy walk-on retirement.
Nicola was a regular fixture on darts' red carpet during the early days of the World Championship at Alexandra Palace and the proceeding Premier League in 2008.
A former beauty queen, she is now the founder and director of Icon Fashion House and a mother of three sons. Although her days in front of the Sky cameras may be over, she remains popular on the exhibition circuit.
A student at University College London, Lilly made her first appearance at the PDC World Championship in 2014 as a promotional model for the tournament sponsors.
