The Power recorded an average of 117.35 last week in Exeter and the bookies make the him 20/1 to wow the crowds once again by hitting an average of 118 or above in Brighton.

Taylor heads in to the match against Gary Anderson as the odds-on favourite at 1/3 however Anderson (4/1) will be feeling confident after his 8-1 thrashing of Adrian Lewis.

Taylor told the PDC: "I'm looking to keep improving, everything I'm doing is going well at the moment and I was delighted last week but I know I've got to play well against Gary, he's a world class player."

Andy Hamilton faces Kevin Painter (5/4) in the opening match of the night which sees Hamilton edging favouritism at 6/5.

Adrian Lewis (5/4) will be looking to pick up his first league win in a tight affair against Simon Whitlock (11/10), however the draw (9/2) is proving a popular bet with punters.

Jessica Bridge of Ladbrokes said: "Taylor's averages are second to none and we're expecting him to pull out all the stops again this week. Lewis desperately needs a win but punters are predicting he'll have to wait another week for victory."
